I believe that any organization has their own SOP [Standard Operation Procedure] but it seems so annoying to me!!! huh??? nak mintak data pon kene pkai CRIM??? bknnyer susah sgt pon!! hey kalo macam tu I pon ade banyak CRIM la and I akan mintak semua customer log dekat CRIM dulu baru I boleh buat diorang punye report...come on la...I ade keje U pon ade keje tapi xknla xboleh kautim...I anta emel pon cc kt U pny boss...dah la I kt luar sangat limited nak access ke system...pls la...
